I ordered a pair that looked really good, but they were about a half size too big. I’ll give them credit for the return page because it was simple enough, and I got the shipping label without having to waste time calling anyone.
I chose to do an exchange, and the new size did ship after they got my original pair back. But they took longer than they should have, and that’s on them. A few extra days might not sound huge, but when you’re waiting around with barely any updates, it gets annoying fast.

So yeah, the exchange itself worked out, but the refund/update process felt slow for no good reason. If they can take your money instantly, they should be able to communicate and process things faster too.

The leather feels really solid and good quality. Nothing flashy, but it definitely feels like it was worth it.

I sent in my old Park Aves for recrafting, and I’ve got to say, they came back looking really sharp. It did take a little while, but I feel like that’s reasonable for the kind of work they’re doing, right? Overall, I’m really happy with how they turned out and I’d say it was worth it.

I mean, the discounts can be really nice when they’re running a sale. I’m not totally sure I’d buy at full price, though, since the regular prices still feel a bit high to me

I've been wearing them pretty much every day, and they're still in solid shape. i was kind of expecting something to give by now, but apparently they're doing their job just fine.

I picked up a pair from Allen Edmonds i’m happy with them. I’ve always had a soft spot for well-made dress shoes, so I may be a little biased, but these feel like a clear step up from most pairs I’ve owned. The leather feels really nice, and the stitching is clean for the most part. You can tell there’s solid craftsmanship here. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is a small area on the edge finishing that looked a bit uneven. It’s not something most people would probably notice, but I tend to look closely at that stuff. Still, I like them a lot and would definitely buy another pair.
